Fandom is growing! Our QA Analyst opportunity is based in Poznan, and reports to our Manager of QA.
Our QA team working on a daily basis with Sales org is a fan of ensuring high quality information is provided.
As a QA Analyst you will work with our Sales Operations teams based in our San Francisco, New York, and London office locations and Ad Engineering in the Poznan office. You will have the potential to develop either in ad operations, data analysis, quality assurance or engineering.
You will support teams in South East Asia, Europe, and the USA with a heavy focus on your dedicated timezone - West Coast (working hours 6 PM - 2 AM CEST).
You will provide quality assurance of direct advertising campaigns by checking and correcting their setup, as well as solving ad-related issues.
You Will...
- Provide technical support to Ad/Revenue Operations & Ad Engineering teams and 3rd party vendors, including quality assurance of campaigns’ setup
- Identify and communicate any issues to ensure accurate delivery of ad campaigns
- Work with the AdEng team and escalate any issues that the Sales Ops team can't handle
- Work with the Sales Systems and Tools team to provide feedback about new tools/systems that the Sales Ops team may use
- Monitor ad setup and campaign targeting and ensure that 3rd party data is being correctly recorded
- Test new ad products to identify any technical issues and prepare clear guidelines for new products, and train members of the operations team
- Provide data analysis required by Sales Ops needs (e.g. KPI benchmarks for ad products)
- Train new Sales Ops members
- Work with your manager and team to develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, testing, and campaign management processes
- Evaluate and advise on technical requirements for vendor implementation
- Manage the implementation of custom ad product campaigns from a technical operations standpoint
- Participate in the optimization of processes and automation of the QAing process
- Serve as an independent and confident point of contact for all ad-related technical issues
You Have...
- 1+ years of experience with QA, testing, and data analysis, preferably in a digital business environment
- Ability to independently resolve common issues raised by internal teams and external vendors
- Basic JavaScript & HTML knowledge for troubleshooting ad setups
- Basic programming skills to aid in automation and data analysis, e.g., Python
- Basic knowledge of the software development process/concepts
- Fluent English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external international teams
- Ability to independently articulate technical details, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Comfortable talking with stakeholders on other teams to understand their business priorities and adjust work work accordingly
- Ability to work from 6 PM - 2 AM Central European Time
