Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Producer to join the development of a new IP.
Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining.
As a member of the production department, you’ll be focused on creating and managing schedules, tracking development, and ensuring team deliverables are met on time and at quality. In this role, you will be working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver gameplay features and content.
As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.
You’ll help us by…
Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of the delivery of game features and content, from concept to completion
Establish and facilitate long-term feature schedules, timeframes, definitions and phase/sprint goals
Understand and effectively communicate project timeframe, task target date, and partner feedback to team members across the studio
Use game development knowledge and experience to predict, identify and propose solutions for project risks and issues
Work with the teams to overcome problems, improve product quality and stay on track
Supervise the health of features in a live environment and able to respond and make decisions in a timely manner
Coordinate meetings to facilitate communication among team members
You’re awesome because you have…
Proven experience (3 years +) in Production or Project Management in the Games or Digital Content space
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead multiple teams
A track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver features and content from concept to release
The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude
Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines
Comfort with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
Bonus points for…
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Shotgun
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience working closely with game design teams
Familiarity with and experience using common project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
